I finally got the parasite-cleansing product, Humaworm, after extensive research online and Paul Pitchford's "Healing with Whole Foods." It's a simple 30-days parasitic cleanse. All you have to do is take two capsules in the morning and two at night. Though it sounds so easy, yet I am a bit hesitated to begin. Why?
I've read hundreds, if not thousands, of reviews on the "die-off" effects on the pills. These symptoms, such as headache, itchiness, diarrhea/constipation, are very normal for those who are new to Humaworm. It means that the pills are working, and the parasites are dying, therefore your body is reacting to them. It's like blessing, but in disguise.
So I'm gonna start the cleanse tomorrow since it's the weekend. I have already prepared prune juice and enema, just in case I suffer from constipation. I might need to get anti-itch cream if I happen to have that. I also heard that some people experience break outs during the cleanse! God, please don't let it be me!!!
The package is not fancy at all cause it's a family-run products, and they want to save it on the cost of packaging. It's also not an FDA approved products. If you're interested to order, or read more in detail bout the herbs, please visit Humaworm

Garlic Enema
I tried garlic enema today. I increased the garlic to two cloves instead of one that I did last time. Oh my, the whole bathroom smells like garlic after I'm done. Nothing "interesting" comes out except for fecal matter and yesterday's foods. But it certainly does lighten up my mood. I wonder if I'm addicted to enema?
I read from somewhere that you can get addicted to it. Many argue that enemas are not supposed to use more than once a week, but some say it's OK to do three to four times per week. I think I should maybe stick to once, or the most twice, per week.
Tip of the Day: Try burning some lavender oil, or any relaxing oil, to promote a calming and soothing ambient and to get rid of the garlic smell at the same time.

Coffee enema = Miracle?
Seriously...I wonder if it's a psychological factor, or coffee enema really is a wonderful cure for my foot pain. I had my heel ache last night...feeling all crappy after coming back from work. This morning, I determined to do my coffee enema. Usually, I didn't feel much with the enema, except felt much lighter. But this time, instead of feeling lighter, my pain went away (I still had slight pain in the morning). I felt great!
I will continue doing my coffee enema. I have been consistently doing it for the past one month, with several days apart. Besides, it helps to clean out my colon too.
The Tip of the Day: I learned that if I slow down the rate of the coffee enema going into my intestine, I get to retain the coffee much longer. I usually retain less than 6 minutes, but this time, I got to retain more than 10! So that's great! Also, slightly warm enema makes it easier to retain than room temperature's.

Pain, Pain, Go Away!
Ugh, today is not a good day for me. First off, I had to drag myself out of bed to take my test at school. I slept well, not fantastic though. So the speculation of the late night eating causes restless sleep is true!
Stomach has been bothering me. I assume too much processed foods that I ate last night. Had two loose stools this morning and they smell horrid. But at least I cleaned my guts out, that's more important isn't it?
When I came back from school, my left foot started to ache again. I hadn't had that pain for a while, but it strikes again. I suspected too much junks I ate yesterday (chips and cookies!). I just had two tortillas with some beans and rice that Brian cooked yesterday. I shouldn't have the tortilla, but I did. Now, I have to let my systems rest for a while.
My skin looks good today, but had two pimples on the forehead and one on the temporal. I started using BHA recommended by Paula Begoun. It has a gentle exfoliating action on the skin to get rid of dead skin cells and minimize the pours...lovin' it!
Also, I started doing yoga and some stretching to improve my blood circulations. I gotta remind myself not to slack off on that!
The Actions: No more junk foods for the week. Increase fluid intake, including oat water and herbal teas. Exercise at least thirty minutes a day. Sounds simple, but...OK, no buts!

Snack, Sex or Stress?
I woke up this morning feeling like I'm not getting enough sleep. We slept for full eight hours last night, but I just felt like I didn't rest well.
I had my occasional comfort food, Kozy Shack's tapioca pudding, last night two hours before bed. After consuming the 16 oz dessert, I felt totally guilty! Later, we had sex for half and hour before retiring to bed. Today, I woke up stressing out on the test I'll be having tomorrow.
I wonder if the snack, sex or stress that cause my restless sleep? I woke up having two pimples on my chin! Eeeeeek!
The Verdict: My speculation is the late-night snack is the culprit! My stress level was down to zero after the sex, and the sex was great. No more foods three hours before bed from now!

Oat Water
I'm hopeful and overexcited when it comes to try something new and healthy. As long as it doesn't cost much money or involves any pain, I give it a go.
I read my healthy bible, Paul Pitchford's "Healing With WholeFoods" few days back and discovered some goodness in oats. Honestly, I hate oats. I mean, if you cook it the way my mom used to cook, with lots of "sweetened" milk, I don't mind eating oats every day. Unfortunately, sweets are probably the worst thing you can put in your body!
The Goodness: Paul's oat water recipe is probably the easiest to ingest, IMHO. He claims that if the oat water is taken regularly, it acts as "internal antiseptic to strengthen immunity and ward off contagions".
The Wholesome Steps: All you need is two tablespoons of oats (Paul recommended using whole oat groats, which are lightly processed compares to oat flakes) and a stainless steel pot. Heat the oats in four cups of water. When it starts boiling, lower the flame enough to simmer it. Simmer for 30 minutes to two hours (the longer, the better), and let it cool to room temperature. Drink the oat water as if you drink regular water, preferably throughout the days. The oats can be taken together with the water, but I usually don't...maybe one mouthful, and that's it!
The Verdict: It's a great thirst quencher. Chewing the overcooked oats can be very unappetizing. I personally don't feel any different in my body systems after trying it for several times (besides the constant peeing), but will continue to drink it for general well being.
