Seriously...I wonder if it's a psychological factor, or coffee enema really is a wonderful cure for my foot pain. I had my heel ache last night...feeling all crappy after coming back from work. This morning, I determined to do my coffee enema. Usually, I didn't feel much with the enema, except felt much lighter. But this time, instead of feeling lighter, my pain went away (I still had slight pain in the morning). I felt great!
I will continue doing my coffee enema. I have been consistently doing it for the past one month, with several days apart. Besides, it helps to clean out my colon too.
The Tip of the Day: I learned that if I slow down the rate of the coffee enema going into my intestine, I get to retain the coffee much longer. I usually retain less than 6 minutes, but this time, I got to retain more than 10! So that's great! Also, slightly warm enema makes it easier to retain than room temperature's.

Pain, Pain, Go Away!
Ugh, today is not a good day for me. First off, I had to drag myself out of bed to take my test at school. I slept well, not fantastic though. So the speculation of the late night eating causes restless sleep is true!
Stomach has been bothering me. I assume too much processed foods that I ate last night. Had two loose stools this morning and they smell horrid. But at least I cleaned my guts out, that's more important isn't it?
When I came back from school, my left foot started to ache again. I hadn't had that pain for a while, but it strikes again. I suspected too much junks I ate yesterday (chips and cookies!). I just had two tortillas with some beans and rice that Brian cooked yesterday. I shouldn't have the tortilla, but I did. Now, I have to let my systems rest for a while.
My skin looks good today, but had two pimples on the forehead and one on the temporal. I started using BHA recommended by Paula Begoun. It has a gentle exfoliating action on the skin to get rid of dead skin cells and minimize the pours...lovin' it!
Also, I started doing yoga and some stretching to improve my blood circulations. I gotta remind myself not to slack off on that!
The Actions: No more junk foods for the week. Increase fluid intake, including oat water and herbal teas. Exercise at least thirty minutes a day. Sounds simple, but...OK, no buts!
